Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a wonderful holiday with friends, enjoying the lovely staff and clean amenities, but I can't recommend this hotel due to some rude guests and inadequate Wi-Fi. While the food was tasty and the pool area was nice, the atmosphere was marred by a noisy crowd, which made the overall experience less enjoyable than it could have been.
I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, where the all-inclusive dining was a real highlight with plenty of options to keep both kids and adults happy. The facilities were immaculate, and the service from staff like Yassine was exceptional. However, it would be great if the entertainment team could engage everyone equally, as I felt a bit overlooked at times, and the Wi-Fi could use some improvement for better connectivity.
The hotel has beautiful grounds and is well-kept, making it a lovely place to relax. I found the staff friendly and welcoming, which made my stay enjoyable. However, the dining experience was marred by often cold food and a lack of basic amenities like a kettle in the room. Additionally, noise from the nearby club can disrupt sleep. Overall, it has its charm but certain aspects could greatly improve.
The hotel offers a mixed experience with several positives, but some major drawbacks. The staff are generally attentive, although English is not widely spoken. Rooms are clean but quite dated and noise can be an issue. Dining options are limited, particularly for English-speaking guests, and the atmosphere largely caters to French visitors. However, the facilities, particularly the beach area, are nicely maintained, making for a relaxing getaway.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the entertainment was fun, and the staff did make an effort to engage with guests, despite the language barriers. However, the service could be hit or miss, and the noise at night was disruptive, which made it hard to fully relax. Overall, it felt like there could be improvements especially in terms of service and noise control.
